Can you believe it? Pepetoe has been around for four years. We have grown such an incredible community together and I cannot wait to see what more we can do with this platform.

I started Pepetoe as a way to journal my own thoughts, with the intention of ‘if I can help at least one person, then my job here is done’. My intention is still the same, four years later. Pepetoe helps me process my emotions, as well as helping you. My posts are designed to make you think, and sometimes the content is a little deep and you may feel uncomfortable reading through it, as it feels scary to address some of these topics. Everything I say on here is important to talk about, yet these topics aren’t talked about enough.

The Pepetoe community is what I love most. I love seeing you all comment on my posts, or reach out to me on Instagram or email. We have a wonderful family right now, and it is only growing and growing!

This is Just the Beginning is also coming up to it’s two year anniversary, which is even crazier. I started my podcast with the intention of calling it ‘The Pepetoe Podcast’. Why did I change the name? ‘This is Just the Beginning’ aligns to Pepetoe blog in more ways than you can imagine. My blog was just the beginning for me – foreshadowing my career in social media marketing. Everything has fallen into place since I started my blog, so that is why my podcast has that name. This is Just the Beginning has grown too – it’s even in the top 60 podcasts in South Africa, which is crazy! I delve deeper into the topics I talk about on here in my podcast episodes, so I encourage you to start listening to it!
